Regular Meeting

Approval of minutes from the 12/27/11 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Update progress of electrical install at the RRAC by NU, and the RFP for the irrigation system well and associated.
- Review field maintenance for upcoming season.
- Review new requests for the RRAC usage by local sports groups, and other non-sporting events.
- Finalize signage for the RRAC and placards for the “memorial benches”.
New Business
- Discuss WPRC plans for improvement at all parks in the upcoming year that fall within our budget, or are assisted by funds from sports programs outside of the WPRC.
- Consider a fundraiser aimed at a specific installation at the RRAC or other park that is outside of our CIP list that would be attainable in the upcoming year. Provide this as an annual event that will help to provide funding for a small project per year within our system.
